L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 une alimentation plus durable et locale a re\u00e7u, ce lundi 11 mai, le <strong>Sustainability Award<\/strong> lors des <strong>Gault&amp;Millau Culinary Innovators Awards 2026<\/strong>, organis\u00e9s \u00e0 la Verbeke Foundation, \u00e0 Kemzeke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette distinction r\u00e9compense les initiatives les plus inspirantes et innovantes de la gastronomie de demain. Un prix qui vient saluer le travail men\u00e9 autour du projet <strong>Hors-Champs<\/strong>, imagin\u00e9 par le chef Stefan Jacobs \u00e0 la ferme d\u2019Ernage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le festival rassemble chefs, producteurs, artisans, entreprises et consommateurs autour d\u2019un objectif commun : repenser l\u2019alimentation de mani\u00e8re plus durable, locale et responsable. March\u00e9 de producteurs, d\u00e9monstrations culinaires, conf\u00e9rences, ateliers et rencontres professionnelles rythment ce rendez-vous qui mise sur une approche collaborative et concr\u00e8te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9dition d\u00e9j\u00e0 annonc\u00e9e<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition salu\u00e9e, <strong>Manger Mieux Demain<\/strong> reviendra les <strong>3, 4 et 5 octobre 2026<\/strong> chez Hors-Champs. Plusieurs figures de la gastronomie belge ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 confirm\u00e9 leur pr\u00e9sence, parmi lesquelles Sang Hoon Degeimbre, Ludovic Vanackere ou encore Damien Bouchery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi les nouveaut\u00e9s annonc\u00e9es : une <strong>bi\u00e8re collaborative<\/strong> cr\u00e9\u00e9e avec les chefs participants et la Brasserie de la Houppe.
