Le restaurateur s\u2019engage \u00e0 agir en tant qu\u2019ambassadeur et valoriser les productions locales et le r\u00e9seau des points de vente de \u00ab Table de Terroir \u00bb aupr\u00e8s des consommateurs. Sont \u00e9ligibles \u00e0 l\u2019obtention du label : &#8211; Restaurants- Restaurants \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8res &#8211; Restaurants \u00e0 la ferme &#8211; H\u00f4tel\/Restaurants &#8211; Brasseries ou caf\u00e9-restaurants- Petite restauration\/snacks \u00e0 consommer sur place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le restaurateur s\u2019engage \u00e0 proposer en permanence \u00e0 la carte en moyenne 15 produits locaux (avec un minimum de 10 produits locaux en hiver) issus des cat\u00e9gories suivantes : Le restaurateur s\u2019engage \u00e0 varier les produits locaux propos\u00e9s \u00e0 la carte et \u00eatre ainsi en ad\u00e9quation avec les saisons.
